- Workers Compensation
Workers Compensation is supposed to help people who become injured or disabled while working at their jobs. New Jersey law generally requires that all New Jersey employers, have Workers' Compensation coverage or be approved for self-insurance.

Unfortunately, sometimes the system put in place to help injured workers will favor the employer or the insurance company. Employers will try to place the fault on you and argue that the injury is pre-existing or unrelated to the job. They will also try to get you to return to work before you are cleared by a doctor. This is where our team of injury lawyers comes in to help you receive the medical treatment and compensation you deserve.
